Shipping Policy
1 When your order will be send out after payment done?
Usually most of the products in stock,if you choose the products in stock,we could send out your package at the same day once payment is done.
Sometimes few items are not in stock,so we need to produce them,normally within 3-7 days.
2 Questions about transportation
We have below shipping methods available.
DHL: 3-7 days
UPS: 4-8 days
Fedex: 5-8 days
If you have shipping problems,Please contact our sales manager.They will give you a satisfactory solution.
Our partners with major international shipping companies to offer different methods.
You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.
Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times.
Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.
3 Information required from the customer for after-sales support:
1.Provide a photo of the external label on the bag to confirm the shipping date and batch number.
2.If possible, open the key and provide clear photos of the circuit board.
3.Specify the car model and production year where the key was used.
4.Does the remote have a signal? Have you tried replacing the battery?
5.If the remote does not work, has it been tested on another different car model?
6.Describe the issue in detail:
-1)Does the car fail to recognize the remote?Or does the chip fail to start the engine?
A video showing the issue would be very helpful.
-2)If the key is successfully programmed but the buttons are not working properly.
please provide additional details.
